|As a retired couple from the States, we were delighted to be able to stay in the heart of Edinburgh and with the help of the elevator enjoyed the awesome views from the apartment. We visited our grandson who is at Edinburgh University and enjoyed the wonderful museums and theatres. Our grandson still has two years to go, we will definitely be back to stay at the apartment.

The centrality of the apartment to the Royal Mile (Deacon Brodies just round the corner) and Princes Street with Rose Street just off, provided all the post-game entertainment. |What is the booking process?|
|Please firstly contact us to check that the night(s) you are interested in are available. You can contact us by e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 07878145434 (from within the UK) or on + 447878145434 (if calling from outside the UK).
If your desired week(s) is/are available we will then advise you of the price. You should then complete the booking form and return this to us along with a 20% deposit to secure your booking.
We will then send you a confirmation of your booking and also a full information pack about events and activities happening during the time of your stay.
At least one month before your stay, the full payment is due. You can pay by cheque, bank transfer, credit or debit card - please contact us for information. (please note: there is a small additional charge if paying by credit/debit card)
There is a £100 returnable deposit payable with your balance. This is returned to you in full assuming there are no major breakages or damage during your stay.
|Is there a lift/elevator to all floors?|
|Yes, there is a lift /elevator that goes to all floors in the apartment. The apartments are on the 7th floor and the communal laundry facilities are on the third floor. There are also beautiful wide stone stairs to all levels where you can see the wear of over 200 years of people's feet on the steps.|
|Are the apartments suitable for someone with mobility difficulties?|
|Whilst there is an lift/elevator to all floors, there are 10 steps leading from the front door to the lift/elevator. Hence we regret that there is no wheelchair access to the apartments and no disabled toilet facilities in the apartments.
There is also a door to the rear of the property that enters /exits into the Royal Mile. This gives direct entry to third floor of the apartment building and hence there are no steps at all.
